ARP Foundation: Steve Nichols
How to give to ARP ministries in a productive and profitable manner. Mr. Nichols presented the foundation through a power point. Maximize giving, minimize taxes through endowments to ARP ministries. Brochures available.

Missions Minute: Shelia Osborne
Praising the release of Andrew Brunson and his safe return to the United States. Praying for his reclamation to life back in the states.
Shelia brought greetings from the Jubilee Birthday ladies.
Spoke of a new initiative : 2 to 20-finding new missionaries by 2020!
Rebekah Carson: prayers for a new pastor for the church plant;
Shelia Osborne: long and short term missions are for all people! Are you open for God to use you?
Treasurer report: given by Vicki Marsh in Judy Kovacs’ absence.
Discussion ensued about the money owed to World Witness for the Jubilee Birthday, which is because these numbers do not reflect the 3rd and 4th quarters for this year.
Discussion of coordinator’s position being removed. It was discussed by the Executive Board for two years prior to this year. The funds were not there to support this position. It can be put back in if the need seems appropriate and can be funded.
Motion made and seconded that we accept the budget presented. Motion passed by acclamation.

Love Gift: given by the ARPWM Executive Board to Judy Kovacs.

CEM: Brent Turner
- Cancelled the Julia Hardman Rhodes award due to financial concern. Donate to this if anyone feels led. They are trying to get the amount up to at least $1,000.00.
- Training for child protection training is on going. Be sure your churches are aware of the training and it’s availability.
- Camp Joy-such an important need for the campers and their caregivers. There is always a need for financial help. These camps have grown in to Virginia, and soon to Tennessee and Virginia.
